Russian, US energy ministers discuss oil market by phone

MOSCOW, May 12 (PRIME) -- Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak has discussed the oil market situation and measures to stabilize it with his U.S. counterpart Dan Brouillette on Tuesday by phone, the Russian ministry said in a statement.  

"The current state and prospects of the global oil market were discussed during the conversation, as well as the collective measures for its stabilization. The heads of the energy authorities of Russia and the U.S. agreed to continue dialogue," the statement read.
